It seems kind of possible. I all has to do with the mixing of your body's own kinetic and spiritual energy with that of the sun(or any other star).

Plants can do it. So what's stopping us?

I already knew it was kind of impossible to do with the immediate human body, but what about gene splicing?
Would that be at all possible.

I'm not on drugs.
I just question a lot and I like to hear other people's opinions on my thoughts.

Spiritual energy as in your soul and it's ability to connect the body to different energies as an unconscious way of testing the human body.

We do use the sun to assist our bodily function. Also, the calories we consume are a direct result of other organisms using the heat of the sun to grow.
What spiritual energy are you talking about here, exactly?

Everything is energy given form (stardust more or less) through a certain (sound vibration?) I don`t know but thats the best I can describe it. So harmonize with it and you should be able to at the very least be able to do what I do when I need a energy burst at work though I`m more of a energy parasite. It is fun to see all those nice and hyper pains in my butt dragging with in 15 min. of my starting to (feed).

The science fiction author Harlan Ellison wrote a story that included that idea. I can't remember the title but there was a green man on the cover... I was skeptical that photosynthesis would produce enough energy to fuel a human being. It was still a good story, though.

Animals don't have the cytochromes required for photosynthesis. Basically that means that we don't have the genes which code for the proteins necessary to transfer light energy into chemical energy. FYI kinetic energy is the energy of motion, e.g. your body moving through space. Kinetic energy has nothing to do with genetics, ergo nothing to do with mammalian capacity for photosynthesis.

Human bodies already have this ability to absorb the sun's light rays to use as energy.....
1.) Physical aspect: our skin absorbs light to help produce vitamin D, E and K. It helps assist our body to perform it's regular functions.
2.) Metaphysical/ Spiritual aspect: the sun's light rays are absorbed into the bodies 7 major energy vortex's (aka chakra's). The sun's light ray's are split into it's 7 wavelengths of colours and absorbed into each corresponding chakra - red wavelength = root chakra; orange wavelength = sacral chakra; yellow wavelength = solar plexus chakra; green wavelength = heart chakra; blue wavelength = throat chakra; indigo wavelength = third eye chakra; violet wavelength = crown chakra. These vortices of light helps maintain a healthy function of our spiritual, mental and physical bodies.
No new insights here.....just something which your three bodies already knew.......

We are not photosynthetic, and it would take too long/be too expensive to make us so. By the time we did it, the sun would be blocked by volcanic dust, industrial pollution, etc, and we would all die from lack of energy.

One of those energies is Vitamin D. And you really need that very much.
So I am sure it is good for more than just that.
It affects mood................so that by itself tells you a whole lot.
