Nope ...
When i was younger i thought that sleeping sometimes was a waste of valuable time ... but now, my 8 sleeping hrs, daily, are part of the "sacred pact" with my eternal youth, my resting time helps my peace...haha. When i sleep my heart and my thoughts are quiet ...i am in heaven!

You you think allowing your body to run out of an energy is the right thing to do? It's unhealthy. Your body NEEDS sleep to repair itself. If you don't.. eventually you'll have some type of breakdown. Hopefully that's not when you're driving or something.
