Not really, no. They do lessen, however. I wouldn't say "by 20" they'll be rare. For some, yes, this is the case. For others such as myself, this is not the case. I'm 28, and would have one every single night if I did not masturbate. I'm not intending to be gross, but masturbation will take the sexual edge off and you are less likely to have a wet dream. However, when I was an early teenager, this method did not help. I would masturbate before bed but still wake up during or just after a wet dream.

The term "wet dream" is your 1st time having a ejaculation when sleeping. Not associated by how many times it happens later in your life

if you dont want to have wet dreams just "jack off" everyday
they eventually will stop when you get older

I only had 2 when I was 13. I haven't had one in over a year. I jerk off a lot so maybe that's why.
