First consider how you would like to set this book up. Have you read any of the books "Chicken Soup for the Soul?" I know it's a corny title, but it is setup in a way that it tells peoples' stories, then relates it to how you can achieve a specific goal.

Or, do you want to just list a problem and talk about how to get over it?

Once you have an idea of how you want to write the book, begin an outline. You will want to list the topics you are going to write about (each one being a section or chapter) and then put a subcategory of each category detailing what you are going to convey in that section. An outline will go a long way in getting together your book and helping you to see where you need to add more information, do more research, or possibly even conduct interviews.

Hope this helps.

For starters, get a copy of "The Elements of Style" by Strunk and White and any other grammar reference book. As indicated by your narrative, you should first concentrate on grammar, capitalization, punctuation, and spelling (it's 'know,' not 'no').

Write one chapter at a time and edit it constantly. Cut and trim away the excess that has little or nothing to do with the story.

Good luck
