I don't know about the crab legs, but one buffet in Vegas I highly recommend is the one at the Rio Hotel Suites and Casino. The food is excellent and varied-Asian,American, Mexican,Italian,etc..The last time I was there was about 8 years ago, so I don't know what the price is now. When I went, it was about $10.
Anyway, you'll love the Rio. Besides the excellent buffet, the casino is good and relatively loose, the waitresses are beautiful, the service is excellent, there are a lot of good stores, and the view of the Strip from the top floor bar is `awesome.

A number of buffets have friday night Seafood night, so they offer crab legs. Some offer steak & crab, the price can be anywhere from $ 13.99 to $ 23.99 a person. The Stratosphere has seafood night it's not bad, and i think it's about $ 17.99 a person. The Paris has a great buffet and the food is really good, but your talking $ 25.00 a person. Once you get to Vegas you can stop by the casino buffets, and see what they have to offer on each night and check out their prices.
P.S Stay clear of Terribles Casino buffet...........

I've been to Las Vegas, it's so much fun :D
I remember I did see some king crab legs, they looked really good. My family really enjoyed it, but I didn't try it because I just don't like seafood personally. You should still try it though.
The buffet was $30, and I think the name of the buffet was Cortez. It was somewhere in the Gold Coast casino area.
That place has really good food.

Not all Vegas buffets have crab legs but a few of them have seafood dinners like the Orleans on Monday nights or the Rio seafood buffets.
Vegas has the best buffets you can find anywhere on this planet. There is sometime in every price range. Here is a list of Las Vegas buffets with prices.

Almost all the nicer hotels will have crab legs in the Buffet... but not always every night. There may be exceptions, but in general if you are on the strip your hotel buffet will probably have them at least a couple nights of the week.
The dumpier hotels will be more like 50/50, but i might considered avoiding seafood unless you are at more reputable place anyway...

I recommend the Fremont seafood buffet. I think it is on Tuesday and Friday nights. It is downtown but it is a good buffet for a reasonable price.
I also liked the weekend brunch buffet at the Hilton. They had crab legs on that buffet also.

Most of the buffets have crap legs, some of the cheaper buffets are at Imperial Palace, Circus Circus, The New Frontier and then if you are downtown on Fremont Street they are reasonably priced there too. Hope this helps.
