ooh good question I have a dragon but not an iguana so I'm not sure. From what I recall iguanas are vegetarians? I'm not even sure they should be housed together, they are from different terrains and need different things. Dragons can eat a lot of things- greens such as romaine lettuce and kale are good for them- iceburg lettuce is not good its too watery and will give them diarrhea. Dragons eat banana, grape halves, fresh raw green beans, crickets and baby mice. They are from the desert, need heat pads and lamps and sand. I may be mistaken but I think iguanas come from more green environments and should be caged separately.

SEPARATE the lizards! If they fight, the beardie is likely to come out on the bad side of it!
And besides that,
They both have very different temperature and humidity needs.
The amount of humidity an iguana needs would kill a beardie with a respiratory infection.
Iguanas need huge enclosures that are tall and good for climbing. Beardies need more floor space.
Both carry their own unique sets of bacteria....If one walks through the other's poop, he could get sick sick sick, and do you know how much it costs to visit a herp vet? Do you even have a herp vet within driving distance?
Iguanas are vegetarian and eat all veggies and some fruits.
Beardies are omnivores and need some veggies and some animal protein from crickets, silkworms, hornworms, roaches or other appropriate live feeder.
Please visit:

for care sheets on how to properly care for your animals. Also visit their discussion forums for lots of good advice from experienced handlers of both!
PS: I would avoid asking a pet store for advice. The associates usually know next to nothing about reptile care, and the care sheets they hand out are usually WRONG and give advice that is actually harmful! You need to talk to people who are specialist in the area...

The first thing you need to do is separate them into their own enclosures. Beardies need a much drier less humid environment and will develop respiratory problems if kept at the high humidity levels Iguanas require. Beardies need insects as part of their diet, and Igs should NEVER have insect or animal protein. You are going to run into some serious trouble with these two living together.

Iguana:
Hatchlings up to 14 inches in length:
Feed twice a day or provide continuous availability
Plant matter finely chopped or shredded
Juveniles up to 2.5 years or 3 feet in length:
Feed once a day
Plant matter fine to medium chopped or shredded
Adults over 2.5 years and 3 feet in length:
Feed Daily or every other day
Plant matter coarsely chopped
Bearded Dragon,
for hatchlings you should feel them small insects and greens, as they get older thier diet should be about 80% meat (mice, insects etc) and 20% greens.
Just because they are similar doesn't mean they all eat the same thing.

just ask a pet store. they know everything about animals. there is a whole isle for reptiles medicines, food, and more. not to dissapoint you but i'm not sure if there is any food that both a bearded dragon and an iguana can eat. i know there are various types of food an iguana can eat, but not so sure about the bearded dragon. ask a petco employee most of them there actually own a pet.
