hhhhmmm.....this helped me somewhat, but may not help you, but is worth a shot. get a plant, and plant in a planter. while doing so, say something like "i hereby bury --------- my mother from causing me any harm in anyway. as this plant roots and grows, so may the peace and healing." maybe this will help you.
