First I'll address Corey. Dude you must have turned off the Pistons/Celtics game after the first quarter, because ur point guard you speak so highly of, gotten taken to the woodshed by Billups again and again and again. That is Bostons weakest spot in the lineup. Don't believe me. Check ESPN where it's well known they are scrambling for help at the point.

As for the question. Yes. Think about this, everyone talks about how close the game was with the C's. go back and check the game stats. Other than Billups and Hamilton, no one on Detroit had a good night. The team shooting percentage was horrid. So what I'm saying is..Detroit had a bad night and beat the C's at home. Imagine Detroit having a good shooting night against them. (I have my fingers crossed for this housing to come the Celtics way on the 9th of Jan when they play in Detroit)

No the Sixers are the best team, jk i wish. I think the Pistons are the best team in the east, they have more experience than the Celtics and I think they are a better defensive team. The Pistons have waited for the playoffs to turn it on the last couple of years, but they might have to a little sooner this year because they have the Celtics as a challenge. The playoffs this year will be exciting.

I don't think so. If the Pistons and the Celtics are playing at their highest level, I would have to take the Celtics. The Big 3 are playing so well together and Rondo is developing into an excellent young PG. Perkins is doing fine and House and Posey are providing firepower off the bench. The Pistons are a very good team, but I don't think that they can match the Celtics when they are at their best.

Yes they are. They beat the Celtics(media favorite) in Boston, on a night when they weren't playing well. Imagine how the game would go if the Pistons were actually clicking. I guarantee they'd win by more than 2 points.

Ive been saying this all season, The Celtics are good but without the same level of experience outside of their big 3,
they will get beaten in the playoffs by the Pistons.

The Celtics will finish with the best record, but they will lose to the Pistons in the conference finals. So the answer is yes.

I think they are the best team in the east because they beat the boston celtics which has the best record in the league

They always have for the last five years? They have been looking down on the conference nobody is challenging them yet. LeBron and the Cavs have caught them off-guard last season and they were pretty lucky... Boston would try to unlodge them but for now Detroit is the barometer of excellence in the East.

Hope this helps.

I don't know, they won the first matchup with the Celtics but boy was it close. Regardless of who's better, those teams match up really well against one another and they should provide several more thrilling games this year. I can't wait for the next one!
