Meh. ^_^ Being allowed to go to prom, on my high school graduation, might have been nice. As it was, the whole *school* pretty much went out of their way to mislead me on the day and *time* the thing was.
Or....at least being allowed to *be* valedictorian. But people kept on coming up with excuses. First they said that since I was the new kid at school--in spite of my being there over a year--that they weren't sure my grades all transferred right.
Then, secondly, when they did....the school made sure to screw me out of the thing by counting *P.E. grades* as "Academic". Huh? WTF? T_T I did get second place though in spite of the screwjob.
But still.....it was kind of sad and wrong really. People there were polite to me to my face, but then behind my back they always sucked up to the local cliques, the rich kids, instead of some poor trailer trash like me. -_-
It's ok though, it's done, been done for years. I'm over it. It's just one more reminder that people suck until they *prove* to me that they don't, you know?
