I have a mom...I don't need the government to blow my nose for me! If I want to do Crisco shooters then so be it! If people die young then there would be more money for social security. Let us eat greasy french fries and smoke if we want!

Depends on the situation. If I want to use my body as a blunt instrument and take out five or six other folks with me then sure.
If what you do to your body doesn't injure or kill another living being or leave a mess that another living being has to clean up (whether literally or financially) then no.
No one has a right to leave a mess for someone else to clean up :)
But then again the law shouldn't have to tell you stupid things like don't drive while intoxicated either...

sin is a human made construct to instill fear in non followers/non believers of the greatest hoax ever placed upon mankind: christianity, so there is no such thing as sin taxes, no such thing a s sin, just regular taxes, and yes they already do it cigarretes, alcohol, perscription drugs, even bottled water, it all has taxes on it. soon, they will try and tax us for the air, once it gets too polutted to breathe and the govt has to filter it out for us, yay taxes!!
