What? You feel guilty because you get off looking at hot girls & women (even hot moms...hopefully not your mom's picture)? Heck, evrey guy jerks of to pictures or thoughts of their girl friends or other women....and I doubt you're the only guy to ever do it thinking about a friend's hot mom.
You're normal.....no need to feel guilty.
Now, I wouldn't tell anyone your friends that you jack of thinking about their mother. That might not go over so well with your friend.
