If the ownership is in the name of an LLC, you may not be able to find the name of the true owner. The city treasurer probably will have a mailing address for the tax bill. That may be of help to you.

Some City/County Assessor offices have an online search tool. Otherwise, go to the office.

You can type in the property's address and see if anything comes up. In order to actually VIEW the specific information..you must pay a fee ($5).

I have access to this site via my Broker..but we only have a subscription to one particular county in the state I live in (the county where we mainly do our business). ANYONE can access this site..but you have to pay to get the info. If you REALLY need the info despirately, the small fee is well worth it.
