My gf is excited about the idea but doesnt know she is my ex and my friend didnt tell her that.

They are all excited nd just waiting for me to say yes. What should i do??

Don't do it. I just had my first child and I wouldn't give him up for all the tea in China (I hate tea anyway) but the point is that you'll get attached to the child and it will cause a lot of problems. Tell him thanks but I can't do it.

Wow. You seem to be more concerned about your girlfriend finding out that this woman is your high school ex, rather than the fact she could have your baby.
There are so many issues that need to be addressed before you make a decision. Will the child know about the situation? Are you going to be ok watching your best friend raise your child? What if she doesn't become pregnant the first time - will you just keep trying? The four of you need to sit down and discuss this. Consider the massive life changes.
In effect, you are donating your sperm to your best friend. It is a selfless and admirable act. It's not about 'making love' to his wife. Don't focus so much on the sex act. Rather think about the aftermath and how you will all deal with it.
Good luck (and I mean it)!

The first thing to do is to see a lawyer and draw up some agreement so you do not get stuck with paternity support later.
