Very likely, yes, but the drumsticks for pet ants are sky high.
You might be better off just adjusting his antennae, and get whaterever music you want tuned in through his mandibles.
It's cheaper by FAR than an iPod and no downloading required.

Wow..what kind of pet is Felix? I think that birds or dogs can learn how to put balls through hoops and do other cool things like that, but I'm not sure about drums. It all depends on what kind of pet Felix is. He may never be able to play a definite rhythm, but he can be trained to hold a stick and bang it ON a drum, maybe. I play drums too, I wish I could have my fish do that! Go for it Felix!

He sure can. You might need to get him some really small drums, cause you don't want him to vibrate off the drums. He might even get himself a tidy little contract with a major label. I can see him on MTV one day. Maybe wooing New York.

Felix sounds like an intellectual's name .... forget music .... see if he can handle multi-variable algebra & Quantum Physics .... that would be a better way for him to pay you back for room & board.

Why ask?
If I were you I'd try. Nothing is impossible unless you think it is.
