IF you registered it the DMV will have the records, just go down to one of the offices and pay a few bucks for a replacement.

Be sure and take one or two forms of ID with you because they'll ask. Otherwise, I could go in there and get a duplicate title of your bike.

the capital of VA should have a copy of the title as well all you have to do is send off for it at a curency exchange and pay for it and they will send you a copy of the title in a couple of weeks

go to the dmv and get a new title, if you have a buyer already just go with them and tell the dmv that you lost a title and you and the buyer can do the whole process there,

You could most likely go to where you register your motor vehicles and apply for a duplicate title.
