I made roast beef, but I am limiting myself to eating it only on Christmas day. I know how it feels to OD on turkey though. How about a nice piece of Arctic char?

Nope, didn't have turkey yesterday. I had Chinese takeout. I love turkey but around the holidays you can go on turkey overload. Order a pizza you will feel better.

No! I save my cholesterol rations all year long in anticipation of holiday turkey. (It was sooo good!) And now.... I have next year to look forward to.. I can hardly wait.. ha! :)
