practice playing pairs of notes in trills with different sets of fingers each time...if you can do that for each pair of notes in the scale you should be able to get the scale easily

Do you have a metronome?
The best way to get a difficult fast passage right is to set the metronome to a comfortable tempo.
Practice it over and over at the comfortable tempo.
Then move the metronome up a notch and do it again.
Then move it up a notch, and so forth.

Are you referring to the scale in ms. 2?
If your copy of the sonatina is not fingered, the fingering should be 1 2 3 1 2 3 4 5.

PS For anyone who is wondering who the composer is,
I think the composer is Clementi.

play the first note. then the 1st and 2nd. than the first three. you get the point.

also, practice the scale but play the first note as a quarter note and then do the scale again doing the same with 2nd and 3rd and so on.

It is just a matter of SLOW practice. Could you be more specific as to which part - please say which bars (numbers).
Your question would be easier to understand if you would spell things correctly.
