I kind of try to make it fitted to the questioner's liking. I mean, if it completely goes against my "beliefs" or whatever you'd call it, I'll be truthful. But to get that best answer you have to fudge it a little, don't you?

No I'm not but I try as hard as I can to be. I would say I'm honest about 90% of the time.

Yes I am honest. No one really knows me and I am not worried of what people think of me. I don't like to lie it's pointless! Plus if someone would like to talk to me I don't want them thinking I am someone I am not!

I speak 100% truth (well, not 100, because sometimes i use outside sources well, really high probally in the 90's)

When people are asking questions that need actual answers, like "When will so and so come out in theaters?" I'll answer truthfully. As for poll questions and such, I lie sometimes. :]

yes... i'm very bad at lying so i don't really do it. plus some of my contacts i know personally and they would find out if i'm lying if i ever did. so i'm honest about 97% of time
