If I have to pay retail for a phone, which one do you recommend? Also, where/how to buy it? I'm a little nervous about e-bay etc. I'd like to stay under $100 since I will qualify for my new phone in 8 months. I do need a good phone since I use it for my job quite a bit (self employed). I have the razr power cords and battery.

If you want a really good phone for a cheap price, try www.craigslist.com. It's usually second hand stuff, but some people there are friendly and will bargain with you and can lower prices. If your fond of the razr i think you should search for another one on craigslist.

Why not buy another Razr? Did you like it? If so, I'm sure you can find a cheap one on ebay. A lot of people buy phones on there and seem to have good luck with them. Just make sure that the person or company that you're buying from seems reliable. Also, you may be able to buy a Razr under $100 from Verizon, AT&T, or whoever you are currently with right now. They seem to be getting cheaper all the time. If you don't choose to go with another Razr, you're going to have to pay a little something for a phone. You more than likely will not be able to get a phone dirt cheap unless you go for an older, out of date model. But then again, who knows! Just keep looking around. I'm sure something will come up. Good luck!
