quite remote place. We have a rule when we go to Vermont... NO CELL PHONE!!! You are able to do anything you want and not have any care or regard to anything else in the world. i hike, camp, snowshoe, cycle, mountain bike, run, kayak... basically everything outdoors you can think of. You are able to go to beautiful state parks or go to the ben and Jerry's Ice cream factory for FREE ice cream. That should be a good enough answer right there. You can create your own vacation and expereince, or go to burlington and stay around a nice friendly city.

Maybe you should jsut go by yourself.

Vermont is entirely unique: it has no hint of corporate America and preserves small town culture incredibly well. There are also opportunities everywhere you go to smoke weed. The skiing's great. Lots of small bed and breakfasts.
