Nope, it's completely invalid. Yahoo frowns upon it, and wild saber tooth tigers will probably attack you and force feed you sub-par flan. And trust me, there's nothing worse than a mediocre flan.

Yes, but you can always put the question mark in the "additional details" box.
I have put posted a question without a ? before - no problem.
(by the way, it is NEVER "comprised of ".
There is no "of" after "comprised". You can say "Is it valid if my question comprises exactly 110 letters.....")
