Myspace. Perhaps because I'm used to the area and not so much facebook. I think that Myspace gives you that welcome feeling too, not so much as what facebook does. Facebook is really only meant for college students, where as Myspace can be made for anyone 14 and over(though, people younger still make them on both sites)...
You can also have Myspace on private, sometimes Facebook won't allow you to. Instead, people in your district can see your profile. Say, you live in LA, anyone from that district can see it. Facebook in my opinion takes a little more getting used to.
