Build your own. The value of the property will be higher if you chose later to sell and make some money manufactured homes are cheaper but low value and harder to maintain trust me build you own it's cheaper in the long run

Stay away from mobile homes. Mobiles are constructed with diry cheap materials and poorly put together with staples and paper. in the event of a fire mobile homes are a matchbox
Mobile homes cost as much as a goo track home and yet you are getting only a quarter of the quality and material
