I'm 20 years old and throughout my life, I haven't had any significant growth. Actually, it seems that even though I gained a tiny bit of weight (I'm 113 pounds right now at the height of 5'4".. the last measurements I can remember was when I was 14 and I weighed 103 pounds at the height of about 5'2").. I tried on some clothes from my past and my clothes from when I was about 15 or 16 and before that is too big for me now. It doesn't make any sense what-so-ever. Before that time I would dress in girls' clothes up until I found some size 0 and 1 in juniors' clothing. I'm a size 3 now. Is it possible for me to get a growth spurt even though I'm 20 now?

Also, my sister who is 5 years younger than me has always been bigger than me. She is more "matured" looking than I am right now even though she's just 15. She had bigger hips and everything than me from the time she was 10 years old... This is why it bothers me so much. Why does she grow at the normal rate and I never have?

Sorry, but from what I remember reading the answer is no. For females, generally the growth spurts occur between the early teenage years til about 18 years old, but for males it's until their early 20's.

Sucks huh. But you're still taller than me, be happy you're taller than someone else! :D

It's hard to say because most doctors say that girls begin to grow slowly after they've had their mentral cycles for two years. But I guess it all depends on the individual. For you, it seems like between the ages of 14 and 20, you haven't grown that much. Hmm.. I think you should go and have a check up with your doctor. They'll have a history of your heights at various stages of your childhood. good luckk :)

I don't think that its impossible but I think it is very unlikely... You could talk to your doctor if youre really curious.
