Why did Vinnie leave OCC?

Vinnie and Cody left to start their own custom motorcycle shop. It is called V Force Customs and should be producing bikes shortly.

I do not KNOW why he left, but I can give some observations I made from the show that ran showing him leaving.
1) I noticed when leaving time came, the handshake, hug, backpat he and Paul Sr exchanged weren't near as warm and heartfelt as the ones he did with everyone else.
2) Vinnie made the on camera statement, "I don't want to throw stones about why I'm leaving". While this is a very professional attitude, this tells me he was having a problem with someone else in the shop.
3) Paul Sr made the on camera statement, "I've owned businesses for 30 years, and the one thing I learned is nobody is irreplaceable". Sounds like a dig to me.
Most likely it was a combination of things. Sr's attitude being one. The fact that Vinnie and Rick are the only 2 there that are worth a c**p as employees, yet they are most likely underpaid (judging from the cars they drive, compared to Sr's worthless kids' vehicles), and get none of the benefits the two worthless ones get (when was the last time either got to go to an unveiling?).
Overall, I'd say it was disgust dealing with Sr, and his catering to his two worthless piece of s**t sons, at the expense of everyone else.

although I like the Baron's answer above me I have to say that the OCC thing has been misunderstood. It is not Orange County Choppers, it is Orange County Crappers. How would you like to work for an over priced toilet factory?
