People these days have no consideration for those around them.
It happens in lots of public places, but when you are out to eat a relaxing meal and those around you behave as if they are the only ones on the planet, it is very rude.

Loud laughter is okay, but screaming kids bug me, especially when the parents just sit there, tuning them out. I'm also not crazy about it when people swear really loud in restaurants. If they'd only just swear softly... lol

Not really, it is public, it's not my place. I just ignore 'em, or listen for my own amusement lol.. I don't think its eavesdropping if they're talking at a thousand decibels.
Loud neighbors do annoy me 'cause they're invading my space (or something like that).
