It's a sure bet. A person drinks over 10^28 water molecules in their life. After being excreted, the water eventually disperses and mixes with all the water on earth by rain. That averages to about 10^14 Jesus molecules per square meter. Yes, the oceans are deep, but that's enough for some in every sip.

Not gonna answer this religiously, but as factly as I can (not that that is a word). Sorry, I forgot. No proof of an actual "Jesus" so this is all based upon the belief that once, there was someone who at some point became known as "Jesus", and that he lived around the Middle East around 20AD. This is my thought:
So throughout his life he drank. This means that he left water in everything out of him, snot, pee, poo, his dead body (if there is one, not gonna go into there). So that was scattered everywhere he went to. This water got into the earth, or into water channels(rivers and such). By now, it could have evaporated, rained on people, stayed in the ground, anything. So chances are, someone alive has been in some kind of contact with water Jesus once drank, whats the possibility that you specifically will be at the right place at the right time, and be drinking... slim to say the least. But not impossible. But another way to look at it is: water on earth is just about constant, if you consider all water in the air, and on the ground, and as ice. So because of this recycling of water, the water Jesus drank was recycled till now. Another way is: on the molecular level, no molecules are ever lost, they can fuse, and and all that molecular junk, but they are always constant. And because of gravity, the earth basically loses none of them. So the molecules of the water "Jesus" once drank, were recycled into just about anything, so not only can you be drinking the same water, you could have been born with it as part of your body. This also makes the probability impossible to know, cause the molecules can be in any part of any body of water in the world. So simply, maybe :D

If you are seriously asking this question read the question again 'What are the possibilities that I (you) could drink the water Jesus once drank?' Certainly the answer is No possibility at all because Jesus has already drunk that water.

This is actually a very fun physics problem.
Over his lifetime Jesus probably drank at least 5000 gallons of water, some no doubt in the form of wine.
That's a lot of molecules. With 2000 years of mixing randomly distributing this back into the world water supply....
I'm pretty sure this works out to several molecules in every glass, but I'd have to run the numbers.
That might be a bit high, but over all I believe it's statistically impossible for you NOT to have drunk at least one molecule of water that once passed through Christ.
Hmmmm.... is that H2OLY Water? ;-)
Edit: Sithlords got the idea. Using his numbers every cup of water would statistically contain roughly a Million Billion molecules Jesus once drank.
To the 'Jesus didn't exist' crowd. You are confusing theology with history. Doubting the divinity of Jesus is reasonable, doubting his existence is not. It's like saying Moses, Socrates or Mohammad didn't exist.

If JC even existed, the chances are close to 100%, if I recall correctly. Someone once did a calculation on the amount of water on earth, the amount a given individual drinks, etc. and said that in our lifetime we'll share water with every person who was alive 2000 years ago.
BTW, this same person noted that we would be descended form everyone as well, though obviously a distant descendent. The speaker was critiquing the DaVinci Code and noting that if JC did have a kid, nearly everyone alive now is a descendant.

Considering the amount of water on the planet and the Water Cycle. you may have well have done so already.
Edit:
Not the article I read but I'll paste it here.
Part Three: Summing Up the Water Cycle
Step 1: Bring your students together in a large group, on the carpet or at their seats. When you have everyone’s attention, take an exaggerated drink from your water bottle, cup of coffee, or any liquid you choose. Exclaim, “Wow! That was really fantastic water. It’s hard to believe that George Washington might have washed his dirty shirt in that water I just drank!” This comment is sure to capture their attention even more and bring on shouts of “Eww, yuck!” Tell students what you said is true and ask how water from George Washington’s time could have possibly made it into your water. Conclude the discussion by emphasizing to students that there is the exact same amount of water on earth today as there was a million years ago. The water keeps being recycled over and over again through the water cycle.

Actually he drank more wine than water as the water was not that good back in those days. Today we are encouraged to drink at least 8 glasses of water a day as our water isn't as bad as water was back then.

Actually there might be a molecule or two of water in the last drink you took that passed through Jesus' body. I imagine the closer you live to the Holy Land, the more possible that is.
As far as getting bulk water to drink from that time, it likely doesn't exist now.

Since the water Jesus drank was turned into urine, the chances are pretty slim that you would drink the EXACT water. But in my mind it's all the same water so you're drinking it right now!

Jesus was a BLOKE - irrespective of whether he was as he claimed the son of the Big Kahuna - he came here as a BLOKE - a human, so what he drank and ate and whether or not you can get near it in some way is not something with which you should concern yourself too much; otherwise you are missing the point and in fact are descending into primitivist idolatry..
