Your Red Claw Crabs are actually a brackish species, and while you are providing them with the air they need, you aren't giving them the salinity necessary to keep their shell at the proper growth rate. In freshwater, they will slowly die, that is, if the Oscars don't eat them first... That is a nice size tank to work with, and its width is a great asset, but I don't know that you will want two Oscars in it (even young ones)... If you end up with a pair, they will certainly harass your Convict, and if you don't have a pair, the Convict will bully the Oscars. Oscars are fairly peaceful fish, they just enjoy eating anything that moves (and even many things that don't). Crustaceans are one of their natural food items, and would gladly consume your crabs... Please rethink this and either get Oscars and no other fish/crabs or Convicts with some other aggressive South American Cichlids like Firemouths, Severum, or Festivum... Feel free to contact me if you have any questions.

The Oscars will be VERY HAPPY. The Oscars will eat the convict and if the Oscar notice the crab, they might eat it up also. This is because Oscars are Territorial. They will kill everything that enters their territory.

Your oscars will quickly be big enough to try and eat their tankmates. Furthermore, your tank is a bit on the snug side for even one oscar, never mind two + other fish/crab.
