Is it legal for gas stations to go through Sam's Club rather than a distributor from cigarettes etc?

I know that lottery is to have a seperate account, what if they don't?

My ex employer also took money out of daily "drops" and never accounted for it. We finally started making him sign for it every time he did it because he's continually firing Managers over missing money.

If they can buy the cigs from Sams Club cheaper than from their distributor then, yes, it's *legal*.

BUT - it is probably a violation of their contract with the Franchise company. (Chevron, Shell, Exxon, whoever)

Co-mingling Lottery money with regular takings will depend on your States lottery laws. It's legal in CA, I know that.

It depends on the state. I know that in New York when I had a tavern, I could NOT go across the bridge to New Jersey to buy cheap booze and cigs, I had to buy them from a licensed New York State distributor.

You realize this is an international forum, and your question pertains strictly to whatever area of the planet the business is located, don't you?

And, why would you ask such a question without stating where the business is conducted?

By the way, what the hell is "Sam's [thingamajig]"?
