First, in your browser under Tools, be sure that the Pop-up blocker is turned on.

If you are using Internet Explorer, consider trying Firefox instead (free at http://getfirefox.com ) as it is better at blocking popups and preventing spyware.

Finally, scan your PC for spyware. Go to http://download.com and get the free program Spybot Seek & Destroy. Run it to clean off any spyware causing the popups.

Try downloading and using Firefox as your browser. It tends to much better at blocking pop ups compared to Internet Explorer.
