People who speak in high, squeaky, breathy voices are not taken seriously as adults, so it could really hinder you in life. To say "just stop doing it" is an oversimplification of the problem.

Try to find a vocal coach or voice teacher who can train you to speak in a lower register or tone of voice. If you don't know where to find one, a drama /acting school might be able to refer you to someone in your area. Or if your local high school has a good vocal music dept, they might be able to recommend a good voice teacher.
Good luck!

Just try a few minutes a day of speaking in different voices. (higher pitch, lower pitch, normal?)

Anywho, that's how I changed my laugh.

Just try to imagine your crush watching and listening to you at all times and maybe you'll be more aware. Or maybe talk like that in front them and see what their reaction is.

Baby talk is very annoying. Its silly and sounds like the person has a low IQ.
