I got her at Petco seven weeks ago. I thought she would have loved me by now! What do I do to make her kiss me.

there maybe alot of reasons why she hasn't kissed you yet. it's not the flowers or candies. well you have been very romantic to her, i agree.
maybe you want to give her some space a little bit, maybe she is not ready yet to take it to another level. and it's not all about kissing. it's about understanding each other's emotions and feelings so think about that for a change. but if you still want a kiss. you make the move! be ready, by brushing your teeth properly and having a perfect smile, and breath. wear lots of cologne and prevent chapped lips.
when you guys are alone together the next time, make it very ROMANTIC that she has never thought of before. for example, a candle light dinner or something sweet like that. and when the time feels right, just make the move. trust me, after that, she'll want more!

If we are talking about a girl then you make the move, stop being a pansy about it and just go for it. If she pulls away and says "i dont like you that way" then go find someone who does.

Ignore her for awhile see what happens, you might be alittle psuhy. She might like a softer man. Someone who just talks to her.
