I'm thinking about getting a refurbished BlackBerry Curve and I wanted to know if it's any good. What are the requirements for people to bring in their phones for them to sell again?

Actually Refurbished phones are not just phones that have been broken but they are also phones that were activated phones that were returned back to stores. they have been fully tested by a tech and are fixed if they need to be... Refurbished phones are fine to use... Probably better than used phones because you know that they have been fully tested to work like new...
plus they come with a full year warranty most used phones dont.

Reburbished typically means it had problems, but was repaired. You can find used ones, but reburbshed is hit an miss. I have purchased stuff that was refurbished and had no problems with it, but I have also purchased stuff thats refurbushed that was a nightmare. Just make sure they have a good warranty and you should be okay.
