Me too Ohio girl I like to read a lot! I use to read newspapers everyday and anytime a book.

How can u NOT read? there are so many good books out there, and one for every person... I like historical fiction and science fiction, mysteries and some romances. If i had the time i could read a book or two a day.. which sometimes i do if its a realli good book. I LOVE to read the Christy Miller Series by Robin Jones Gunn Its GREAT!
As a bumper sticker said. "So many Books, to little time.."

I love reading. And there is so much to read. When I was younger I wanted to be the only person to have read all the books in the world but now I've realized how many books there are. I used to think that the only books that existed were in my little local library and the nearby bookstores. Boy, was I wrong!

As an aspiring author, I RELISH reading. I think it requires as much skill as movie-making or software development, because it is painting a mind picture with only words for your canvas, color and character description. Reading has always been hard for me, too (bec of my eyes).
My favorite magazine is Business Week. My favorite book....is too hard to decide. Donald Trumps' books are humorous and helpful to entrepreneurs. I love Danielle Steele. If you like history, you would enjoy her Fiction work, 'Silent Honor.' (It follows the life of a Japanese imigrant girl during the internment camps in the U.S.A. in WWII.)

I love to read!!! Sometimes I get in a rut of what I read cause I'm very picky. But when I find a good book it's hard for me to put it down!

I read 3or 4 books a month,mystery and thriller, I've read all of John Grisham and tons of others.

I don't think its a waste of time,I just don't like to read.
Like,how most books get turned into movies..the books happen to be better than the actual film.So,I just try to avoid it..and not expect a certain scene to come up like it did in the book.

There are plenty of things I would do rather than read. But i like a good book on long trips.
