There is something wrong with this question. Policemen do not point machineguns at people's heads unless someone thinks they could be armed and dangerous. Also, judges don't issue search warrants if there isn't probable cause.

I have been on a couple of drug-raids. The strategy is to make everyone get down on the ground without giving them time to think, run, or reach for a weapon. I've also seen children handcuffed (though I prefer to see them quickly ushered out of the house and locked in the van with their mother as quickly as possible).

If you are totally innocent and your story was true, you should see a lawyer about suing the detectives who applied for the warrant. But from my experience, where there is smoke there is fire and you need to get some professional help, or move to a new neighborhood and watch who you associate with.

Perfectly legal. An 11 year old can grab a gun and shoot someone, or can panic, try to run away, and get shot. Cuffing her and sitting her down makes sure she lives through the raid.

If she was considered a threat to them, then yes they can do that. A child can grab a gun and shoot people too.

If they are perceived as a threat by the cops, yep.

11 year olds have shooting fingers too.
