C. SF4 is the only one that is covalent because it deals with interactions between non-metal elements.

All the rest are ionic, because there are interactions between Metals and non-metals in them.

Covalent compounds consist of only nonmetalic elements. SF4 is the only one that has only nonmetalic elements. The answer is C.
