If you have a phone that isn't prepaid and it's unlocked can you put a prepaid sim card in it?

yes you can, as long as its unlocked......if it is locked, then you have to use a SIM from the current provider.........but it will work whether the card is prepaid or not.

hmm ok i have no idea what the other two are talking about. If your phone is unlocked you can use any sim card with it. It can use any service provider. The pre paid sim will definitely work with it.

If it has the same bands as the sim card company uses then yes.
