I feel like an idiot, but I don't know what to do now!?

I left the little teapod inside the teapot full of boiling water for 3 minutes and now there is a huge bloomed flower in my teapot. What am I supposed to do now?
Am I supposed to get rid of the bloomed flower, or what?
