How long have you been bleeding? If it's only been a day or so the cut is probably still in the early stages of healing and once a scab or new skin starts to develop the bleeding will stop. Plus, I assume your urine isn't actually mixed with blood right? You just notice blood when you wipe. As the cut heals it will stop, same as if you had cut your leg shaving.

If there's actually blood mixed in with your urine or if the bleeding is severe or prolonged you'll want to see a doctor right away. Or if the cut gets infected.

But before you panic evaluate what's really going on. Just because you have a cut or other sore such as an ingrown hair or whatever around your vagina doesn't mean the world is ending. Approach it as logically as you would any other part of your body and if you still think there's cause for concern then definitely go see a doctor.

What? Where?.....please, never again. If you're not having surgery, there is no need to shave. Keep all blades away!

Back to now. If the bleeding is slight and lasts less than a day, more than likely you'll be fine.
If you are bleeding continuously and as heavy as a period, you might need stitches.......that would mean a trip to an all night medical clinic or an ER in the next couple of hours.
