NOW THE REAL DAD OF MY BABY KNOWS ITS HIS AND HE IS HARRASING ME AND PRESSURING ME TO LET HIM SEE THE BABY BUT THE BABY DOESNT HAVE HIS NAME LEGALLY THE BABY IS UNDER MY HUSBANDS LAST NAME AND MINE. Yes the biological father can make you give him visitation. All he has to do is go to court, ask for a paternity test, and when it confirms he IS the father, then he can proceed with the rest.
My advice would be to tell your husband NOW. If this goes through he is going to find out real soon anyway. Don't know why you weren't honest up front, because he's not going to be happy finding out now.

He can petition the court for a paternity test and then if it comes out positive, he can sue you or custodial rights. Let him be a good father. So many men out there are shirking their duties to these children and you have one that wants the child. Remember, you picked the child father not the child. You have a legal, moral and ethical obligation to allow your child to get to know him/her.

you need to try to make the real dad happy or he's gonna get resentful and nasty, and get a nasty lawyer and all
kinds of Sh**T will fly. believe me lawyers are good at
making up stories if they get paid~ just like a drug dealer
