It's not the blinker, if it were, then none of the lights would blink. Just replace the burned out bulb. Funny true story, When I was driving trucks years ago, I got back to the yard a little late. The dispatcher asked me what took so long. I told him my left turn signal had burned out and I had to make all right turns. He never asked me again either.

I'm guessing you can't remove the turn signal housing. To remove it you will need a #2 phillips, just above the light on the inside flange of the fender is an access hole (shine a light down in to see the head of the screw with a plastic crown to align screwdriver) loosen screw but not to the point of removing screw. Once loose the signal light housing will slide forward to allow access to bulb.
