Trojan Win32/Qoologic is apparently a variation of the Trojan.Win32.agent.akk and Trojan.Win32.LinkReplacer, and can be removed by the same procedure:

And since this is a trojan infection, I would follow the removal procedure by running Superantispyware to remove any other infections the trojan may have brought in.

The best thing to do is to run a good anti-spyware program.

Try Smitfraudfix. It's Free.

Smitfraudfix is very reliable. Search on the web for Smitfraudfix and you'll be able to see what other people think about it.

Do not click on the Trojan Win32/Qoologic warning message. If you click on the warning message, it will direct you to a website that sells a rogue anti-spyware program. Do not purchase or download the program they're recommending.

You have a Trojan Downloader that is a Hijacker type of virus, will try and destroy your antivirus protection.

Suggest that you run Trend Micro House Calls direct from their server. You will be asked to download an active "X", that is 100% safe. Follow the instructions and run the entire scan from their server. Can take upto one hour, but well worth the time as the sever will find viruses and spyware that can be cleaned or killed in the end.
