I like Enzymatic Therapy's detox program--one bottle is fiber to get the colon moving, and the other bottle is detox herbs (which I use all the time). This is a gentle way to get things "moving." NO crash anything--that's asking for trouble. I would also use probiotics (I like Nature's Life Green Apple liquid)

Don't wait to detox to start the workout plan. The workout plan, if a good one, will help you detox since it will get your blood pumping, increase the efficiency of your heart, and make you sweat! Sweat is great for detoxing. Just remember to replenish minerals.
You also want to have a pretty good diet, lots of minerals, phytos, fresh water, enzymes and probiotics. Add a green salad a day, and make sure you get plenty of fiber and again water. The more your body can do in its natural manner, the more effective your health recovery will be.
I've used Ultimate Cleanse, but be warned, it takes a while - potentially months, and the psyllium can be pretty hard on your system. I've been wanting to try the Garden of Life cleanse, promises to work in 10 days. It comes recommended by several health care professionals (not the MD type). So, I'd say check into that one too.
If you want to do serious detox, you need to consider if you are heavy metal toxic also. Chelation makes a difference there, but only safe chelation, not what a lot of professionals do. Andrew Cutler has written a couple good books about it. One is amalgam illness - focusses on mercury, especially from dental work. You shouldn't chelate if you have mercury fillings. It could redistribute the mercury and cause more harm than good. In his books he has info about how to get a good hair test and interpret it for metal toxicity. Metal toxicity doesn't just show up on tests and say "here I am." But, it is responsible for many ills.
You might want to consider addressing your liver with a liver cleanse, there are some good ones out there that you can do at home. Don't have a link, but the apple juice/olive oil/lemon juice one has shown great improvement for people. You can supplement your liver with milk thistle to help it out. I've added this to my health plan and seen a great difference with 700mg at night before bed.
Saunas will also help you detox. Our naturopath gave us simple instructions for building our own FIR sauna (dry, infrared)
Wherever you decide to start, start slowly, and take it one thing at a time. That is the best way to make a lifestyle change and help your health. If you try to do it all at once it may be 1. overwhelming and 2. misinterpreted (you may never know what helped and how)
Best health to you.

It's a wonderful herb for the prevention of migraines and other types of headaches too. I haven't had a migraine for almost 18 months. It's very effective. hope this helps

Chlorella is supposed to be excellent for getting rid of heavy metals from your body, such as lead and mercury (from dental fillings).
I searched the web and found one company that sold me 1kg of powder. As the dose is 3g per day, that will last me for nearly a year. I found that a rounded teaspoon was about 3g.
That was in Australia. Search in your own country for similar bargains. I think it would have cost me roughly 15 times as much to buy it in capsules.
I'm finding out about better ideas than the doctor has, and passing them on to you at http://healthforu.info/

Don't waste your time. "Detox" programs are just scams. They don't do anything to the non-existent "toxins" at all.
