i live in perth, australia & the week before christmas on my payday i didn't get my pay so i rang my work up & they told me they'd messed up my hours & i'd have to wait till the next week to get my money. Now it's next week & i still haven't got my money. I've been researching to find out if there's any laws or rights but i can't find any, is there anything i can do?? Can i demand my money or do i have to wait for them to pay me when they do it??

Report it to your local labor relations board.

There must be a labor department you can complain to. They should be able to help you. In the US there is big trouble for an employer who doesn't pay their employees when they are supposed to.
