I'm starting to play harmonica. I don't know if I should buy a Johnson or a Hohner. They are both basic, C, both have the same number or holes and are both diatonic and pretty similar. The difference is in the price, Hohner is a bit more expensive. I don't know if I'll keep playing harmonica or if I'll ever buy another harmonica, so I want to know, which brand should I get?

Hohner is the best. It will last forever. I still have one of my Dad's harmonicas and he died in 1971. He had it for a long time before I was born. It was a Hohner.
