1. I cannot name, the 'Full Realization of Human Potential'.
As that concept has never been, accurately determined. In fact, I would go as far as saying that, that concept can not be formulated as it is an unknown quantity.

2. As the question, deals with an imaginary concept. Therefor 'Any conception of what such a state would be like.',
would be purely imaginary, and therefor. Not worth an answer.

One purpose for living is the quest for realizing full human potential. Once gained, a major source of life will be extinguished. Life will cease to have meaning.

The quest is what life is about.

I agree with Trent that we cannot describe something that we haven't achieved yet, and for the record I think that we are nowhere near our potential and that we don't even know how great we could become because we are mired in our comfy little illusions.

Concept of a full realization of human potential = good parent. It would be difficult to describe briefly, but raising your children to also be good parents, while somewhat a circular argument, would be a good place to start. Thanks for a good question.

Complete and utter fulfillment.

Ability to fulfill desires with the mere impulse of a though. It's possible, it really is.

Nice try on wanting other people to do your homework. But if you want to to become a realized human to you have to find out for yourself. That means doing your own homework.
