Yes always along with others that give good answers. This is both when I answer Q or ask it. Gots to take care of your peoples first.
They might just get the B/A and therefore the extra points.

When I see them I give them a "thumbs up" regardless of whether or not I answer the same question.

yes, a lot of the time. But thanks for bringing that to my attention. I will start doing it all of the time now. I have good contacts. I give almost everyone that answers my questions a thumbs up. Don't tell. :)

Yes, I almost always do because I want them to have the extra point if they're chosen as "best answer." I have some terrific contacts and really like them
