That's not at all fair. There are plenty of offensive things she could have said to describe an Indian person, but dark-skinned is NOT one of them.

People will report things over the stupidest of reasons. It is not exactly fair, nor is it wrong. If even ONE person found offense to the term "dark skinned" then I would say the violation was given in all fairness to the rules.
