my friend got a violation cuz in her question, she described this guy she liked. and in her description she sed "dark skinned", [he's indian] and was reported for bein racist.
do you think that this is fair?

That's not at all fair. There are plenty of offensive things she could have said to describe an Indian person, but dark-skinned is NOT one of them.
Some of these people on Y!A are stupid.

People will report things over the stupidest of reasons. It is not exactly fair, nor is it wrong. If even ONE person found offense to the term "dark skinned" then I would say the violation was given in all fairness to the rules.
