to fill the void is a idiom, and it means: to replace or provide something necessary

This phrase has some elision. Lisa was saying that something was there; something left/got removed; now Lisa intends to fill the place of whatever left/got removed.

Remember, Lisa is the most serious and mature of all the Simpsons. (Marge has a heart, but she doesn't have Lisa's intellect.) She likely saw a deficiency somewhere, and wanted to repair the situation by "filling the void."

Feeling a void means using someone

It basically means to "fill a metaphorical hole". For instance if you are depressed, you might feel emptiness, and you might want to fill that emptiness with superficial things (such as food, sex, drugs, etc.) to make you feel somewhat content. I know I'm 9 years late, but I hope I helped anyway.

void in this case means emptiness or empty space, so you are using something to fill the spot of another, if that makes any sense.
