Contrary to the above answer, one need not be a lawyer to be a Supreme Court justice (although historically there has never been a non-lawyer on the bench).

And even if he were nominated (by her), he'd have to go through the confirmation process; I doubt that he'd be confirmed.

He could provide much better assistance in other jobs.

First of all Bill would never get confirmed, having been censured and disbarred.

I had never considered Hillary for the court. I think she would actually make a great Supreme Court justice. While I revile her politics, it is important for the court to have balance.

She could replace Justices Ginsberg or Stevens.

More likely Hillary will be nominated for the Court when President Obama makes his first pick. :)

P.S. You don't have to be an attorney to be on the Supreme Court.

No, the pervert would be chained up like a puppy if his wife makes it as president. For one thing, I really don't think Hilary shouldn't be running for president at all, she should put a chain on her perverted husband right now and keep an eye on him, would you not agree?

Two problems:

1. He was disbarred.

2. There might not be any openings - a justice has to retire or die.

No, Bill will not be nominated to any posts that require Congressional confirmation.

Someone already there has to retire or die. Besides that I doubt that would be accepted by Congress or the public.

It is certainly within the realm of possibility. Look, he can't possibly be more partisan or intellectually dishonest than Scalia, Thomas or Alito.
